Network Impacting Event??

I've been without internet for over 24 hours now with two high school kids that attend school online. Nobody can give me an estimates restore time/date, either. Funny thing is, the businesses close to my home (less than a quarter of a mile away) that have cox are having no issues. What the hell is going on and when is it going to be fixed? I'm ready to switch to tmobile at this point.

    Don’t bother with cox support.  Completely useless.  I honestly thought i was communicating with a bot.  They all same the exact same thing, verbatim.  I fought with them for an hour and all they were willing to do is offer a 5 dollar bill credit, which is a complete joke.  Internet has been down everyday for the past few weeks. Time to switch to starlink.
