Packet loss will usually indicate a different problem. Is your pingplotter showing a lot of red bars?

Yeah all i see is red bars on my ping plotter

I am having same packet loss issue. Experiencing high packet loss at Hop 2, which is 10.114.32.1.

Quick google search found a post about it from 5 years ago, but the thread does not show how the issue was resolved.

It seems like the issue is at the HFC interface.

As of 10pm here in Arizona, it looks like the problem is resolved.
