You will have to first put the Cox Panoramic Wifi modem into bridge mode. This link should help you: www.cox.com/.../enabling-bridge-mode-on-the-panoramic-wifi-gateway.html .

apparently you haven't seen my posts about my hardwired old netgear router to the pano unit with no need to use bridge mode.

Turn the "Panoramic" Technicolor CGM4141 back in to Cox (and pick up a free Cox phone eMTA), return and get your money back for the AX6 and go buy an Arris/Surfboard SBG8300 DOCSIS 3.1 Dual Band.
Works perfectly and I added an ECB6200 MoCA adapter to it to use my existing coax as an internet connection anywhere in the house. I also added 2 WCB6200Q network extenders with ethernet and 2.4 GHz/5 GHz radios.
I get 940 Mbps via ethernet anywhere in my home and an average of 200 Mbps within 20 feet of any of the three 5 GHz radios...Cox won't get to 2.5 Gbps service in my lifetime, so 940 Mbps and NO modem rental fees!
