Mine started yesterday doing the same thing. I am very curious if Anyone has an answer as I am not going to spend another 200 dollars on a modem.
- KevinM25 years agoFormer ModeratorHi Chadb, your modem is not communicating any signal levels to us at the moment, which is quite concerning and could be an indication of a signal issue. Can you please unplug the modem, wait ten seconds and plug it back in? Please also ensure there are no loose or damaged connections either.
