Allan, since you said in the post above that you are aware of this issue, can you please provide me with a master case or ticket number so that I am not starting from scratch when I contact Cox to escalate this issue and request credits? Given that this thread has been open for a week and there has been no resolution, I think it's looking increasingly likely that this is intentional deprioritization / traffic shaping due to the repeal of net neutrality. I'm going to be drawing more attention to this issue in the coming days if it is not resolved.
