The issue for me was fix Tuesday Jan 9 after 2 weeks of calling cox and netflix to no avail. Seriously, unless your speaking to a network engineer, you are going to be told the same retorical BS. Its your router, its the modem refresh it. Its something else. Well it was most likely an issue with cox and netflix peering bandwith, since im sure the content is at the last mile nodes. Sufice to say, if enough people complain, we actually get someone off their asses and go fix it. I'm here to tell everyone who complained on a public forum, Thanks! Cox and netflix support both can go pound sand, the forum Reps or employees seem to have higher standards and resolve issues.
