Netflix in Santa Barbara / Goleta Very Slow(multiple locations)

As of 7:50pm Wednesday night, the problem appears to be fixed.  It's evening, when the problem usually manifests itself, but Netflix is running great.  Fast.com reports 300+ Mbps.  All is well.
