need to name my 2.4 and 5G networks differently but cannot find this setting online or in cox wifi app.

Hello!  I love my cox panoramic wifi modem and service, however i have a few older devices that only understand 2.4G and cannot seem to find my wifi network.  I've looked online and in the cox wifi app and consulted the help in both.  They refer to a way to name the two networks (which by default uses only one name i understand), but i now need a way to fix this.  any suggestions?
