Greg, why are you asking them to email you without knowing what they need help with? Is it forum policy to keep as much conversation off the forum as possible? if so, it's no wonder this forum is a shell of it's former self. Are you a bot?

OP, what do you need help with? Is your modem offline? Intermittent connectivity issues? Slow speed? Latency or packet loss?
