On the lower-right side of this page, does the Turn Reply Notifications read on or off?

it says turn reply notifications off. I posted a question a month or so ago and I would get notifications, usually several hours to maybe a day later. this time I get nothing.
Flinx, did you receive a notification for this reply? I have notifications turned off, but I receive a notification when the post includes a mention of me.
