Most unreliable internet ever? What say you?

Outages every couple days. Oh it'll be back on in a couple hours. Oh just kidding, we meant a couple of days! I think I've spent more time without the internet than with the internet. And every time I request a credit to my account for the # of days without internet, they insure me that it'll be on the next bill, but it's not! Cox is a joke. Will be cancelling soon when I move and won't be signing up with them again. Anyone else have this consistent problem or just me?
