OK Thanks for that explanation. I do get occasional T3s like this morning there were 2. But prior to today I haven't seen a T3 for 4 days.

No in OK. But I'm on the edge of a metro area so I think the infrastructure is older and not as well maintained. I've definitely had more reliable service closer into town.
Upload speed is slow today 20mbps vs the normal 35mbps. Modem event log is filled with events including 4 T3s...

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing speed troubles. Power events and errors on the modem can be a symptom of an issue. I would like a chance to run some tests to see what's going on. I have these same probems here in oklahoma. Near okc as well. I've had tech after tech come out and nothing helps.
