Modem error log - critical warnings a lot - what gives?

My signal is as close to 0 as possible on all channels.  SNR is in 40's everywhere except the one channel that everyone complains about..  What gives??!  I pay for 1g down and get 520 max.  Usually 330-430 range.  Getting half of what I pay for.
