Microsoft Outlook and Cox

I have not been able to send or receive emails in Outlook today. Having to use Cox webmail! I need my emails in Outlook where all my folders are. Any suggestions?

I think it is a problem with my cox password-it works for several months, and then Outlook starts rejecting it-what is going on here?

    when you change password, you need to change it on all devices or when it sees old pw repeatedly, cox thinks your account has been compromised.

    i use outlook2016, had no send/receive issues today.
