My internet service goes down 3, 4, 5 times a day! Good thing Cox ran this new line so we get better service. What is going on?

They suspended my service because I didn’t want to pay $80 a month for basic internet speeds when I’m supposed to get up to a gig, instead I get about 30-60mbps download..Their equipment in my neighborhood has some connection issues, but that’s obviously my problem…. Wish I had Verizon in my area

I would but my services were already suspended last night. I clarified with a live agent that my balance due was $0 and to ignore any emails or bills saying otherwise which is why I reached out to you guys in the first place to double check that I didn’t owe anything…apparently I did, about $348.00 yall have poor equipment out here causing slow speeds and interruptions. Terrible customer service and lack of communication
