McAfee antivirus scan keeps telling me I have a problem with Suspect!420ec7656604 but i can't get rid of it

McAfee antivirus scan keeps telling me I have a problem with Suspect!420ec7656604 but i can't get rid of it

it says it's in the C:\Program Files\Uninstaller\Uninstall.exe file. and i have to delete it.  I did but the error came up twice more and the unistall.exe file wasn't either time after.

    Hi Michaels, After you deleted the file did you restart your computer? If no, then please restart the computer and run the scan again.

      I have rebooted the computer. I ran the scan and McAfee says it is still infected. I go to the file location and uninstall.exe is not in the  folder.
