MB7420
Trying to get my MB7420 set up. Worked with COX tech support for over an hour. Could not get it to connect. Modem came back with access denied msg and a security BRI error. Did the factory reset, plug and unplug, the online connection light blinks forever. Motorola support feel it is a config file error. I feel I am in the middle of a problem!
Any suggestions?
