Why is there always so much maintenance work in my area? I can't even watch my morning news. It's ridiculous especially for what you guys charge for Internet

Kind of odd to ask why there is work in your area and not say what your area is. Where are you? What kind of issue? Is it a declared outage on their outage page? Does your modem go offline? What kind of TV issue do you have?
