Mail wont send from outlook

At first I was getting double messages, which I realized was because it was forwarding to another email, then back to my outlook, as well as being forwarded directly from cox. However, I was able to send emails just fine. As of a couple of days ago, I have been having issues sending mails. Sometimes they will send, but most of the time, they will not. Below is the error message:

Details -----

Mail could not be sent.

Error Code: -17099

I have tried to look this up but nothing comes up. Thanks.

  • Hi Nicomadrax. Here is the error code list - www.cox.com/.../email-error-codes.html. Your IP address has been blocked by Spamhaus. To get it removed from the blocked list, go to www.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi and at the bottom of this page is a link- Remove - to get your IP address removed from this list. It can take up to 24 hours to get removed from this list. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
