As of 9:05 AM CDT I am unable to receive mail on my computer, using Apple Mail, my iPad, or my phone. I can however send mail and receive mail through Cox Web Mail. I called tech help and, as usual, they are unaware of any problems or outages on their end. Anyone else having problems or is it just me??

yes.. cannot receive e-mail, but can send in Phoenix. This problem has been intermittent for a week. Now it is totally down.
Same here I'm not able to connect to imap either. Continuing to receive a timeout and prompted to provide credentials, despite confirming the credentials are correct.
Same here - NW Arkansas - cannot access imap.cox.net with my credentials via Outlook as of the last 2 days. I can login with the same credentials via the webmail site though. I don't believe it's us.
It is not just you. Starting last evening thunderbird trying to pull down mail got timeouts. Same thing this morning except a couple of times it said Temporary Authentication Failure, I could send email up until I few minutes ago, now I get some incomprehensible error I am too lazy to type in. Located in Rhode Island.
