MAC Mail and Cox IMAP
September 2018 - Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6. I can no longer connect to Cox email. I see a long string of recommendations and "solutions", none of which work. Any help out here?

Apple Mail App settings are managed through the system preferences panel.
- Go to System Preferences > Internet Accounts
- Under the presets on the right-hand side choose "Other"
- Enter your email address and password
- It should auto configure (if it doesn't check your password by logging into your Cox webmail account first!)
Warning!
If your current Mail app settings for Cox are POP or if you have created folders that are stored "On My Mac" you need to back these up fist! If you remove the old account you will loose the old emails!
