Losing internet connection regularly - half downstream channels unlocked 0db SNR

Issue started ~6 weeks ago but resolved itself until yesterday. I noticed half of my downstream channels are unlocked with 0db SNR, tons of correctables and uncorrectables when usually they're at 0. ...

I'm still directly connected to the Cox Coax line, only one connection point at the freeway (grounded 1:1 terminal) no splitters in between modem and the ground.
