Linking email address
I recently moved and had my old email address deactivated. I also had another email address connected to that same account. Is there a way to link those two email addresses to my new Cox account? Thanks!

you need to call cox and hope no one else picked your former user name
- Hi Lorelly. We should be able to link those email addresses to your new Cox account as long as you were the account holder on both accounts. To get this completed, please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your email addresses, name and address on current account. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
