Who at Cox do I contact about moving the outside power poles to another location on my property?

Hi, just so that I'm providing you with the correct information are there power and telephone lines connected to this pole or just cable lines, and please advise the reason for the move (i.e. bldg demolition, in the way of new construction, etc).
