Latency and Disconnect Issues with Battle.net servers.

I am experiencing issues(latency/disconnects) when using the battle.net servers as well.

I tried escalating this issue to Cox Level 2 support and was hung up twice.

How do I go about reporting this issue and getting someone at Cox to call me back?

I have tracert results showing the issues but cannot attach to this forum.
