Jitter/Packet Loss after Upgrading to Gigablast.

Upgraded from Internet 150 to Gigablast, and the resulting gaming performance has been horrible. Constant 15-20% packet loss randomly. Even tried the Elite Gamer boost and it literally does nothing. I don't get what is different from the Gigablast connection from the old 150 as i think i hardly ever had lag spikes or packet loss on that plan. I'm hard wired into the Technicolor CGM4331 with a brand new RJ45 cable.

If i do a speed test, i'm getting 7ms ping with 950mb/s so the speed is there but the packet loss for gaming is so high gigablast isn't usable for that purpose which baffles me given how stable 150 was.

So for more context i think maybe i have a bad hop someplace downstream. I don't know where that hop 7 is located or who opens it but ever since going to Gigablast it seems my internet routes through it and it has a very high packet loss %. Is that something you guys can fix? Why would my old internet plan not have the same issue?

Thanks for providing that extra screenshot. Hop #7 appears to belong to Blizzard. That Hop is off of our network and would indicate that the issue is not within our network. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
