Is this a phishing email? I received this on 9/11 but the due date was for 9/2?

"Starting on September 2, 2020, COX customers that are yet to updated their email account will no longer be able to log in to their account through email addresses due to recent new year upgrades.

    Smells phishy.  It has the classic poor grammar, misspellings and a suspicious URL

    Also, what's the "security" issue and "unusual activities?"  Updating your account would be a configuration issue...not a security issue.

    Moreover, if you can't log in with your email address, log in with your username (

    Good eye!  Delete it.
