Primary Cox ID's typically can't be deleted except in rare cases, especially when additional ID's are involved. Deleting a primary ID affects all benefits of having the ID as well as affecting your additional ID's.
Managing spam can be frustrating. Senders of spam are constantly changing the message content and from address. You can mark messages as spam in webmail or forward to spamreport@cox.net for the messages to be reviewed. If the offending emails are from a particular domain you can set a rule to automatically delete them, but all emails from the domain would be deleted.
