Is it worth adding a MOCA to ethernet adapter upstairs?

Is it worth adding a MOCA to ethernet adapter upstairs? (or is it even possible?) I get good WIFI signal up there on the PC and Xbox. Would I notice any real difference in speeds? I get around 38...
