We have been out since 8pm. We are in Maurice, La. Finally got ahold of a "human" after fighting with the recording or getting hung up on for 20 minutes, was told would be restored by midnight....BS!!! Now that I can finally access the app, it says 330 am. I am so over these outrages all the time. I will be contacting Cox and expecting some kind of credit on my bill
