Internet/TV consistently down almost every night for months.
My Internet and TV have been going down almost every night for many months. It usually slows to a crawl before it fails altogether. I've called tech support, of course, but they are unable to send a technician to check the lines when the problem occurs. I am attaching a pdf with a sample of my September outages. Cycling the equipment does not solve the problem. It effects both TV and Internet simultaneously. These conditions are present at service entry (i.e., when the modem is attached directly to the service entry). Does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot a problem that only occurs when Cox is unable to visit?
