Internet up and down

Last couple days - there is no internet every few hours. Website says no outages, but self help cannot connect to my modem. Zip code 85202; baseline & alma school.

      Hi Mike, I chatted with tech support, it didn't help, the solution is technician visit.  I'll wait until morning to see if the service is up
