Good day,

I have been speaking with someone from Cox for a number weeks about having cox internet/cable installed at my property. There has been no movement whatsoever. I'm on here asking if there is someone else I can speak to and who do I need to contact?

Backstory: 

I live on 4 acres in Waddell, AZ. My home is approximately 500 feet from the "Cox Box" on the street. When I asked them to come install in the home, I was told that due to the length, it would not be possible due to the degradation of the signal. I began speaking to a number of people at Cox and was told several different things about having cable installed. The option we chose was to have a new "Cox Box" installed on our property approximately 300 feet from the street and leaving 200 feet to the home in order for us to have the installation in our home.

The person I have been speaking to recently has told me that someone would reach out to me or that someone is gone on vacation, etc. It is always some delay. She told me that it would take 12 weeks for the installation complete once it gets started. I've been waiting for almost 5 weeks now and haven't even spoken to an engineer about what the entire process may entail and to give the "Go Ahead."

Will someone please let me know who I can contact to get this process started?
