Internet Outage?

Is the Internet down in Crestview, FL? Mine has been out for about 4 hours. I have reset my modem. I have shut my PC down and restarted it. I even went to the website, using my phone, and had Cox to reset my modem. I unplugged it and waited for 20 seconds before plugging it back in. Still no Internet. I don't know what else to do.
