Internet outage on and off in Las Vegas area. Can we get reimbursed for days like this ? It’s been happening for 3 weeks or so.

The internet has been going on and off with outages which means work stoppages. Can we get an estimate of when it will be fixed ? In the mean time everyone would be glad to get a refund. I hate paying for services I don’t get.
