Internet Outage occurs daily around 1-2pm.

Hello Cox!

I am a new customer. A technician came out and ran new cable to my modem.

I have been having a daily internet outage that seems to occur each afternoon. Here are the logs from my Cable Modem... and the errors consistently look like this.

Any ideas?

  • @Robfoo, Some of those modem error logs concern me. Are there any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
