Every month there seems to be one reason or another on why the internet goes down for 6 hours!! Some people do work late hours and need the internet. No discounts have been given either! This has been the worst internet service I’ve ever experienced and I lived in the mountains at one point in CA. This company is the absolute worst!! You need to get your S**t together!!
