internet not working very well

I just joined this forum and found out that I'm not the only one who have complain to Cox about how bad their service is. In my neighborhood website i' have read a lot of complains about the same problem. I just installed new modem and new router but the problem remains the same. Cox... what can you do to  better your service. I'm sick and tired of sitting and waiting for internet to work. You have a non stop advertisements on tv paying a bunch of $$$$, but your service **. Why not put the $$$$ you spend on advertisements to make a solution to better your service?

    is the word "**" a bad word? you deleted it in my complain

Over the last 10 years, Cox has invested more than $15 billion through infrastructure upgrades, with the intention of providing faster and more reliable services to residential and business customers.
