Internet Keeps dropping.

I have been having this issue for a while and have called in multiple times. The contact center will tell me one thing of either low signals or high signals. They suggest a tech come out with the first one stating it is my equipment and just trys to upsell when I informed him of my equipment not being old and that I am receiving t-3 and t-4 messages. The 2nd tech checked all the wiring in and out of the house and couldn't find an issue which he sent something to a supervisor that did clear up my issue for at least a week (no internet dropping and nothing in my log). Had a 3rd tech come out and checked the signals and stated it had to be my modem which I then went and purchased a new modem and had it placed on my account that day and had more drops with the new one than the old one for some reason. Then had another tech come out which was a previous tech (tech #2) which checked a few things on the outside to make sure he didn't miss anything and sent something else to his supervisor. I have not noticed any drops my self but with the logs from the modem it looks like it is still having the same issues. Is there anything that could be checked on cox's end? I really am over having the only suggested thought is to send out a tech, supervisor tech, or an in house tech.
