Internet keeps disconnecting randomly all day

Hello, Hoping someone can help with figuring out what is happening.  My internet drops randomly throughout the day and it is affecting my work now since I get disconnected during conference calls. ...

    I am now starting to get the same issue, off and on all day, after 1 1/2 yrs.  I'm thinking this is Cox's service.  I am absolutely upset about this.  I've restarted this modem 4 times over the weekend 2.5 hz is acting up and 5 is not picking up fast enough  This is getting crazy.
