Hilariously, as I was trying to load this forum post, I started experiencing high enough packet loss that I was unable to load the page. Here's a screenshot of the packet loss I'm currently experiencing - AGAIN during peak times. Why are your techs never out during times of poor service/high utilization?
For those of you reading this post, once the informal complaint time limit expired on my FCC complaint, Cox completely ceased communication with me on this issue. They only care about serving their customers while they are legally obligated to communicate. Prior to the time window expiring, I was receiving at least some level of consistent communication and attempts at a fix. Now, nothing.
