Hello Kyleekemp, if the device is not being found when opening the Panoramic Wifi app. Provided that you are not also using an external router. You may want to go in and forget the network on the device. Log out and login as new and re-enter and turn on system settings set the device back up as it were brand new. If all other devices are listed as connected in our app. There may be something missing on the device set up.
