Internet issue

Hi there, so i have somthing called a mecool and it is like a streaming device. Everytime i try to connect it to the internet, it says “sign in to the network” when ive already put in my password and such. When i click on “sign in to the network” it says to resume access to the internet on your jome network, open the “cox panoramic” app. Upon doing that, when i opened app, it didnt even show my this as a device and so forth will not allow me to continue using it. Am having lots of issues and needing some assistance. 

  • Hello Kyleekemp, if the device is not being found when opening the Panoramic Wifi app.  Provided that you are not also using an external router.  You may want to go in and forget the network on the device.  Log out and login as new and re-enter and turn on system settings set the device back up as it were brand new.  If all other devices are listed as connected in our app.  There may be something missing on the device set up.
