Internet has been out 6 days

Our internet has been out for 6 days. App says there is an interruption they are trying to repair.
We have talked to a representative and they can only tell us sorry, but we are still working on the issue.  100 people are in the same boat!  It’s getting ridiculous! We can’t run our security cameras and have to use our phone as a hot spot which is very slow.  My husband has to work from home in these conditions. We will be contacting other providers.  It’s looking like Cox can’t fix the problem.
