Lots of reasons. That's like asking if anyone else gets flat tires. Unless you give a location/situation, it's not relevent. Can you give some data on the problem? What model modem and router? Do the lights on the modem change/go off? When did the problem start and what changed around then? How does the coax get from the pole/street to the room the modem is in? Any splitters/amp/filters?

I have panoramic gateway. I just started my service two weeks ago and my wifi has gone in and out most of the days. It’ll pop up a red light sometimes. I stay in the Moore area. Coax is thru the wall, not sure i understand what you’re asking there

Haven't heard of anything in OK. Do you have a problem when the light isn't red? What about wired connections?
What I meant about coax is it comes from outside, from the pole, right? How does it get from there to the outlet used? Do you have multiple outlets in your house? Do you have TV service? If so, there must be something connecting the outlets together. If you don't know and can't find out, just contact Cox to have a technician out. Just be warned if it's a inside wiring issue, there will probably be a charge.
