Allan, Thank you for getting back to me. The problem has been corrected a couple days after the Cox repairmen, Richard and Emanuel, were at my house on a service call. While they were unable to correct the temperature problem at the time further work was performed at the cable distribution location the next couple of days. Richard and Emanuel were very professional and explained everything they were doing and physically corrected the cable input installation. Good job Cox!
