Internet dropping every night at about the same tie

For the last 5 days, my internet has been dropping at around the same time every night, about 9pm. I rebooted my router and modem and checked all cables. The lights on the modem cycle through as if it’s trying to reboot itself about every 5 minutes. This lasts for maybe 45 mins or an hour until I get so annoyed I just go to bed  Any ideas?

    I had this happen to me with an SB6183.  I called and spoke with Cox.  There were errors spotted and support saw that my modem needed a reset on their end.  The errors and nightly reboots on my end stopped.
