Internet Dropouts at Random Times

Our Cox service in the 85007 zip code has been fine up until August 4th, when it was out for a full 24-hour period.

Since then, we have had episodes where the internet drops out for anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes at a time. These happen at random times of the day for brief periods of time. The connection comes back with no need to reboot the modem. Why is that happening?

    same , iv had enough, customer service is useless. act like its on my end.  im turning in the eq tomorrow, they also jacked up rates.
