Internet Down for the 10th time this year

Why on Earth are y'all always doing maintenance. Do other IPs do this much maintenance? If I had a way to use another IP I would so fast. Cox has the worst customer support and the service. I'm paying over $100 a month for unreliable Internet. I say we start a protest and everyone switch IPs. Use your mobile carriers Internet.
