Internet down constantly
So I just moved and the only internet provider available is cox. The internet is overprice and modem is outdated. Have them less than a month and internet went offline multiple times now. Call them for tech suppose, and they want to charge me $75 for tech rep to come and take a look. WTH, customer service can’t fit the issues and telling me to upgrade the service or have tech rep come and charge me $75. Avoid cox if possible.
